Shipping Policy

At Waybathroom,You will receive a notification as soon as the goods are on their way. Delivery and shipping cost are free. As soon as the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email.

  1. The packages are ready for dispatch after 0-4 days (Handling time), depending on the availability of the items and the positive result of the credit check. 
  2.   Delivery time 2 to 7 days 
  3. Order cutoff time (2:00 PM) Eastern Standard Time (New York) (excludes national holidays)

Why would a package be returned?

We count on our shoppers to provide their correct address.  if we make an error on your address a replacement will be sent  free of charge.  If the shopper makes an error, we will send a replacement at cost.

Delivery Instructions: In order to ensure secure delivery of your bathtub, please follow these instructions:

Please be sure to include a daytime and an alternate phone number when you place the order so the freight company can coordinate a convenient delivery time with you. We cannot leave your tub at the delivery location without a signature, so being able to reach you and coordinate the delivery is very important.
Please give us a heads up before the delivery if there are obstructions such as small driveways, gates, fences or anything else which may prevent the delivery truck from reaching the delivery location. If the freight truck cannot reach the delivery location for any reason, we may ask you for another address to deliver it to.
Larger items are delivered curbside. Upgraded services such as white glove or inside delivery are available at an additional cost. For questions regarding this or for a quote on the additional costs, please email us prior to ordering at:
Your signature is required for delivery.
Please inspect your order and its packaging before the delivery driver leaves and make a note on the delivery receipt if you find any damage. If the damage is severe, you can refuse to accept the package. Damage for a freight delivery must be notated on the paperwork you sign from the freight carrier.
For freight items when receiving the product that appears to be in good condition, please write on the receiving slip from the carrier "condition subject to inspection
