 About Cambridge-Plumbing 

Starting with cast iron clawfoot tubs, Cambridge Plumbing began to offer high-quality Cassis bathtubs and Bathroom Vanities at a greatly reduced price to their customers. After a period of time, demand arose for a lighter-weight, yet durable tub design. In response to this demand, they began offering acrylic tubs to their clients. For both the cast iron and acrylic tubs, they offer both clawfoot and pedestal styles in both rolled rim and slipper designs. Back in 2007, they started to offer bathroom vanities to their clients. Over the years, they have offered a wide variety of vanities in both style and finish. Though a wide number of their vanities have a modern look and feel, they are continually widening their inventory to include more and more styles. Since its inception, Cambridge Plumbing has supplied its clients with tubs, faucets, vanities, and other items. These items have found their way into homes in every part of the United States and nearly every province of Canada.

Shipping & Return 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Order Shipment:

Within 1 business day from the time the item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. If you would not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@waybathroom.com

Estimated Time of Arrival:

We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 3-5 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

Areas Covered:

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the Contiguous United States only. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We don't ship directly to Canada, but we can ship your order to the freight carrier of your choice.

    Damages:

    It is very important that you inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, and refuse delivery. Your note should say "refused due to damage". You must also take photos of all sides of the box and send them to us within 2 days. If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in a perfect condition. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees. All eligible returns are 100% free. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please contact us at info@waybathroom.com before returning an item to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card account you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at our warehouse.

    Price Match

    We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within three  months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

    To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

    Shipping & Returns

    At Waybathroom,You will receive a notification as soon as the goods are on their way. Delivery and shipping cost are free. As soon as the package is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email.

    1. The packages are ready for dispatch after 0-4 days (Handling time), depending on the availability of the items and the positive result of the credit check. 
    2.   Delivery time 2 to 7 days 
    3. Order cutoff time (2:00 PM) Eastern Standard Time (New York) (excludes national holidays)
     

    Why would a package be returned?

    We count on our shoppers to provide their correct address.  if we make an error on your address a replacement will be sent  free of charge.  If the shopper makes an error, we will send a replacement at cost.

     

    Inventory & Pricing Errors: We do our very best to keep stock and inventory updates and pricing current and accurate. If you order a tub that is out of stock or back ordered, we will let you know as quickly as possible.     Delivery Instructions: In order to ensure secure delivery of your bathtub, please follow these instructions:

    Please be sure to include a daytime and an alternate phone number when you place the order so the freight company can coordinate a convenient delivery time with you. We cannot leave your tub at the delivery location without a signature, so being able to reach you and coordinate the delivery is very important.
     
    Please give us a heads up before the delivery if there are obstructions such as small driveways, gates, fences or anything else which may prevent the delivery truck from reaching the delivery location. If the freight truck cannot reach the delivery location for any reason, we may ask you for another address to deliver it to.
     
    Larger items are delivered curbside. Upgraded services such as white glove or inside delivery are available at an additional cost. For questions regarding this or for a quote on the additional costs, please email us prior to ordering at: info@waybathroom.com
     
    Your signature is required for delivery.
     
    Please inspect your order and its packaging before the delivery driver leaves and make a note on the delivery receipt if you find any damage. If the damage is severe, you can refuse to accept the package. Damage for a freight delivery must be notated on the paperwork you sign from the freight carrier.
    For freight items when receiving the product that appears to be in good condition, please write on the receiving slip from the carrier "condition subject to inspection
